This is very emotionally difficult period for humanity and this work is my reflection on the situation.
I didn’t think about the depth of the problem until I encountered it.
It is very important to pay attention to the serious psychological condition of the unemployed. It is important that those who do not face with this issue think about it. I want that after reviewing my work people help each other more.
In 2020, I fell ill with covid-19 and felt its effects on myself. I work in a pharmaceutical company and at the beginning of the quarantine work became much more. I was very tired and had no strength at all.
Due to the lack of positive emotions, it was difficult to regain strength.
But then I adapted to the new realities of life and began to spend more time on art. There were problems with finding and buying materials for creative work, but I also solved this problem.
Before defeating aging and solve all energy issues, we will have to overcome the global economic crisis. It is quite possible that the world economy will experience the heaviest recession since the Great Depression of the 1930s in the coming years, and it will certainly be larger than it was during the financial crisis ten years ago. Unemployment is rising worldwide, and may soon lead to a record increase in the number of people living below the poverty line, which could increase by 500 million (according to international organizations working on poverty), which will wipe out all work overcoming poverty over the last 20 years. The unemployed will have a lot of trouble, including psychological ones. This is pessimism and helplessness, which contributes to the feeling of social isolation. These are extremely negative and unpleasant feelings, such as lack of self-confidence, depression, hopelessness and constant concern for their future. Man subconsciously tries to deal with this state of constant anxiety and worry, but for the most part is not the best way – in most cases it is manifested in indifference and apathy. Created paradoxical situation – person needs to act, look for a way out of unemployment but he lowers his hands, gives up in the face of difficulties, does not overcome them, but gets used to them. Honestly, I didn’t think about the depth of problem until such people appeared in my environment.
This work is not about helplessness, it is about awareness of the problem, need for emotional support and help.
