As a result of the pandemic several close people left my life, and social distancing provoked depression which cut off my ability to create for 3 months. In opposition to that I engaged in self-exploration and mental health, up to the fact that for 15-20 hours in day I monitored my own states and changes in the psyche.

It became the reason that today I can feel globally sensitive and productive despite the circumstances of my life.

This was reflected in my creating work. I find a way to distille art from the destructive feeling and make it similar to mathematically pure space where I can enjoy the play of parodoxys, metaphors, hidden meanings and a sense of humor.

Most ancient and philosophical works from the “Self-exploration” series Girl listens to the sound of the grain inside the pear of death. A keen awareness of the inevitability of one’s death urge to value life and rights. The realization that every present moment disappears into oblivion provokes reveals eroticism and ability to enjoy with a stunning depth. White flowers sprout from her skin and clothes, and little phallus bees appear around them. This is a small satirical joke, at first glance invisible, compared to the seriousness of whole theme.
