As a person, the most valuable thing for me is freedom.
Freedom of choice, freedom of movement, freedom to make my own decisions etc. As an artist I need the same to have inspiration to create.
“Pandemic” year was the worse time of my life. Life stopped, unexplained logic-less restrictions for everything, all exhibitions, art fairs, cultural events were cancelled. Despite the fact I live in a large house, where I have my studio and plenty of art materials, I´ve noticed that my painting style changed a lot due to my lack of life experiences and connections to other people.
Life is beautiful and unique, but unfortunately it is also very short. Most of the population prefer to live their lives without thinking too much, without making questions, be like the others and do what was demanded by someone they choose to make decisions for them.
