My video work was filmed on Christmas Eve in 2020.

A partner and two modern dancers and I were shooting in Beijing from morning to night. On the day the filming ended, we saw TV news reports that there found one positive confirmed case of COVID-19 in Chaoyang District, Beijing which exactly where our shooting studio was.

This district has risen to a high-risk area immediately. And people who have been to these places must undergo nucleic acid testing and are not allowed to leave Beijing temporarily.

I felt very sorry that the decision of the location and schedule of the filming I made accidently made it impossible for my partners and also myself to go home on time.The shooting process of this work was very unsatisfactory, and many unexpected situations occurred during the process. It took more than half a year from shooting to finishing the editing and soundtrack. All of this made me especially cherish my partners and every opportunity to create.

On the New Year’s Day of 2021 we spent the day in hotels separately in Beijing.
