During a lockdown, a person falls out of the usual rhythm of life, vanity leaves and he begins to indulge in contemplation more.

Therefore, for many artists, quarantine was not a waste of time. I have created several creative pictures that are not typical for my style, which would not have appeared in the usual course of life. Jean-Paul Sartre conceived his main play while in a prisoner of war camp and there are quite a few similar examples.

This suggests that non-comfotal external conditions can sometimes be a trigger for a new creative impulse.
